The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is a national initiative set up by the construction industry. Sites and companies that register with the scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements. The scheme focuses on any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. You can find further CCS details on the ‘CCS’ page.
Being safe is of paramount importance to all of us at Morgan Sindall. We see it as critical that our people, and those who are affected by our activities, benefit from an incident free environment. We operate a 100% Safe policy on all our projects where we aim to exceed legal safety requirements.
Morgan Sindall will be implementing green travel plans to ensure the most environmentally friendly travel to and from the site. The finished building will also include ground source heat pumps and windcatchers on the roof, negating the need for air conditioning units.
